COVID Notice
In light of the current pandemic situation, businesses are being asked to take all reasonable measures to minimise exposure to Covid-19, and to ensure the health and safety of staff and clients, we are limiting the amount of face to face interaction at the office. For those clients visiting us, we would like to let you know how we are functioning and to put your mind at ease as much as possible.
On arrival
- Please press the ‘Future’ button on the keypad outside main door and someone will unlock the door for you to open. Our office is situated on ground floor right hand side.
- Please use the hand sanitiser on entering the office. This is located to your left as you come in.
- There are also face masks and gloves if you wish to use them.
- You will be shown into our boardroom in readiness for your meeting with your adviser.
Increased Hygiene
- We have thorough cleaning regimes in place with high standards of hand hygiene and increased surface washing.
- We provide staff with reminders on the importance of increased hygiene, environmental cleanliness etc. and you will be required to use the alcohol-based hand gels provided on entering and leaving the office. There is no physical contact eg. shaking hands.
Social Distancing
- We maintain social distancing due to the reduction of staff working at the office premises with other staff working from home.
- We have no physical barriers in place but the recommended social distancing of 2m can be observed effectively. Our boardroom is a separate private room used for client meetings which is adequate for social distancing and is well ventilated eg. open windows.
Face Masks
- The Welsh Government has stated that “Employers will also be required to mandate the use of face coverings in other indoor workplaces where social distancing cannot be maintained, unless there are strong reasons not to.” Our response is that we can effectively social distance with staff and also with clients in the boardroom provided we can demonstrate their safety, ie. there is sufficient ventilation, regular use of hand sanitiser, chairs/desks/workspace/high-touch areas are regularly sanitised.
- However, if you wish to use a face mask then you can use your own or we can provide one. We also have disposable gloves if you require them.
- You can also request that your adviser/staff to wear one during your visit.
General
- We are sorry that we cannot offer you any refreshments at the moment but you can bring your own if required.
- We have appropriate signage around the office to remind people of keeping their distance and general cleanliness.
- Pens and note pads can be provided and you will be required to take these with you after your visit.
When you leave
- Please use the hand sanitiser provided.
- You must take away with you any masks, gloves, stationery you have used to dispose of safely.
- The office door and main external door will be opened for you.
