Nicola works behind the scenes, overseeing the general operations of the company. She joined the financial services industry in 1998 as an Administrator for an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) practice and her experience in new business processing, customer relations and general administration proved invaluable.
Nicola and her husband David helped to establish Future Asset Management LLP in 2004 and along with another highly qualified administrator, the three worked closely together to build the foundations of a professional and reputable advising firm, bringing different skill sets to
Nicola has completed a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Business Organisation, which provided her with the ability to refresh and enhance her skills in all aspects of business management.
Nicola believes that her strengths lie in practice management and along with valued input from staff, her skills provide the smooth running and coordination of the company in all aspects of the business. This asset ensures we can continue to provide a high level of service to its clients.
Nicola’s primary role as a Partner and Senior Manager of the firm involves compliance oversight to ensure the business meets its regulatory obligations.
Nicola also oversees the business accounts, taking over from David following his retirement, and works closely with the company’s accountant on a regular basis.
In her spare time, Nicola enjoys the luxury of spending time with family and friends, and holidays with her husband David – especially walking around the UK’s beautiful countryside.
