Nicola works behind the scenes, overseeing the general administration of the company. She joined the financial services industry in 1998 as an Administrator for an IFA practice and her experience in new business processing, customer relations and general administration proved invaluable. Nicola believes that her strengths lie in practice management and along with valued input from staff, her skills ensure the smooth running and coordination of the company to ensure it meets with compliance regulation. Nicola completed her Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Business Organisation in May 2012 which has so far provided her with the ability to refresh and enhance her skills in all aspects of business management.
