What is your role in the company?

I work in the 'post-sales' department. When new business comes in, I make sure that all forms or online applications are filled in correctly, and that any missing information is gathered quickly so as not to hold up the process. For example, I may need to do identity checks or find out specific details about aspects of the application.  

 

Can you describe your favourite shoes?

It has to be my pink and white flip-flops!
